In this case report, we present an individual with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented displaying an unusual clinical presentation.

The individual's initial symptoms included impaired grip strength, along accompanied by urinary incontinence. Analysis of cerebrospinal fluid revealed elevated protein levels consistent with amyloid deposits. Brain imaging demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.

The management focused on supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. Despite treatment, the patient's condition deteriorated significantly. This case highlights the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with asymmetric limb involvement.

An Uncommon Presentation of Crohn's Disease: A Case Report

We describe a unique case of Crohn's disease in a 35-year-old male presenting with atypical symptoms. The patient initially presented signs of nausea, which were initially attributed a common gastrointestinalcondition. Further investigation revealed colitis. The patient received conventional treatment for Crohn's disease, including immunomodulators. The prognosis to treatment was successful.

Clinical Presentation

A male/female patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint/history of symptoms/presenting concern of progressive shortness of breath, cough/dyspnea/respiratory distress. The patient reported a gradual/sudden/insidious onset of symptoms/complaints/manifestations, worsening over the past few months/year/decade. On physical examination, auscultation/palpation/inspection revealed decreased breath sounds in the lower/upper/bilateral lung fields.

Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.

The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
